Nastya Slepysheva

was born in Moscow in 1971. In 1988 she participates in her first exhibition in the Central Exhibition Hall of Novogireevsky Region (nowadays the Museum of Vadim Sidur ).

In 1990 she moves to France ( Paris ) where she finishes High School of Applied Arts and Handicrafts and the Fine Arts Academy . She participates in numerous exhibitions in France .

In 1996 she returns to Russia . She lives and works in St.Petersburg. She's been a member of the Moscow Commonwealth of artists since 1997.

In 1999 she meets like-minded artists and becomes a member of the St.Petersburg group “ Old City ”. She participates in all group's exhibitions in St.Petersburg, in Moscow and elsewhere, also she arranges individual exhibition such as: Summer Garden , Tea-house, St.Petersburg (1997); M'Ars gallery, Moscow (2000); A3 gallery, Moscow (2002). She participates in the Biennial of Modern Art on Malta and in the charity auctions “Operation Hope” ( Moscow ) and “Operation Smile ( Moscow ), also she represents modern Russian art at the Russian Cinema Festival in Franc in 2003.

Nastya Slepysheva's pieces of work are to be found in the collection of the Museum of Fine Arts in Istra-town (New Jerusalem) and in private collections in Russia and abroad.
